Investment Strategy

Growth at a Reasonable Price (GARP) selects companies with above-average earnings growth potential and reasonable valuations. We employ classic fundamental securities analysis to identify the highest quality companies in terms of competitive advantage, profit margin expansion, balance sheet strength, conservative accounting, corporate governance issues and management integrity.

Investment Team

Our GARP Plus investment strategy employs a team approach to portfolio management and research. We pride ourselves on the fact that the portfolio managers within Lee Munder Private Investment Management also conduct the research analysis for the GARP Plus strategy. We believe this approach provides greater accountability and incentive for our managers to perform. The seasoned team consists of professionals that all possess the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA) and has an average 20 years experience in the business. The team consists of Richard Mullaney, Nan-Marie Jaeger, Jake Layton, James Gribbell, and Chris Deeley.
